The Bavarian Alps a famous for their cheese, especially the typical mountain cheese. This cooperative dairy receives its milk only from local farmers. Take a guided tour an learn how cheese is produced and what makes the Allgäu mountain cheese so special.

Products:

Allgäu mountain cheese, Allgäu Emmental cheese, butter, yogurt, cream cheese, and much more.

Additionally sausage products available from the slaughterhouse and herbs from the herb farm products Baechle-Waibel.

Opening times:

Mondays through saturdays: 7 until 19 o'clock

Sundays and holidays: 17 - 19 o'clock

Guided tours (german only):

every Thursday, 10.15 o'clock (except holiday)
